Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance. Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance. Candidate Responsibilities Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist. Experience/Skills Required Experience provide a full range of general dental services. Educational Requirement DDS or DMD degree. Active Florida Dental License.
