Join Our Dynamic Dental Team! We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our dental team in a wide range of clinical procedures. This position requires strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, the ability to maintain a sterile and organized environment, and a genuine commitment to patient comfort and care. Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of previous experience as a chairside assistant. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and set up treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical coding for insurance purposes Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Support front office duties including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience (required) Proficiency in four-handed dentistry Knowledge of dental terminology and general dentistry procedures Experience assisting with endodontic procedures Familiarity with dental medical coding practices Experience with dental radiography and medical imaging technologies Strong understanding of dental anatomy Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Why Join Us?
