Associate Dentist – Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive dental services in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Provide a range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and oral surgery procedures Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management and clinical documentation Maintain accurate and compliant medical records Work collaboratively with hygienists and assistants using four-handed dentistry techniques Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Stay current with dental technologies and best practices Assist with dental appliance fabrication as needed Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active state dental license and ability to pass background checks Strong knowledge of dental and medical terminology and anatomy Experience or familiarity with oral surgery preferred Excellent communication and patient care skills Prior dental office experience highly desirable Knowledge of dental fabrication processes is a plus Join our team and make a meaningful impact on our patients’ oral health and overall well-being.
