Job Title: Experienced Dental Assistant About Our Office We are a small, newly established dental practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant with hands-on experience in operatory procedures, including fillings, crowns, impressions, and pediatric dentistry. The ideal candidate is bilingual, works well in a collaborative setting, and thrives in a small practice where teamwork and flexibility are essential. Schedule Part-time position 1–3 days per week (flexible scheduling) Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during operative procedures including fillings, crown preparations, and impressions Provide chairside support for pediatric patients with patience and professionalism Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to infection control standards Take dental radiographs (as permitted by certification) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Experience with restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, impressions) required Pediatric experience strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred or other languages welcomed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a growing, small office environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player who values collaboration and patient care Why Join Us?
