Certified Dental Assistant We are seeking a dynamic, well-organized Certified Dental Assistant to join our high-production dental office. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking while delivering excellent customer care. Responsibilities: Assist dentist during clinical procedures Provide outstanding patient care and customer service Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for procedures Take digital dental X-rays, including 3D scans , while following proper radiation safety protocols Perform digital scans Perform vital signs assessments and complete accurate medical documentation Manage patient records using Dentrix EMR, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance Support infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures Maintain supply inventory and organize ordering of dental supplies Maintain a clean, organized operatory Support a high-volume schedule efficiently Requirements: Certified Dental Assistant X-ray certification (required) Experience with digital X-rays, 3D imaging, and digital scans Experience with Dentrix EMR Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Schedule: Full-time / Part-time Pay: Competitive, based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
