This position will primarily support our Chattanooga location Monday–Thursday in a front office capacity, and on Fridays will support our neighboring offices as an Orthodontic Assistant . We’re currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team in a dynamic hybrid role. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in both patient-facing and clinical environments, and wants to expand their orthodontic experience. Schedule (days/hours): Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 8am-5pm & Tue 9-6pm Responsibilities: Front Office Responsibilities Create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitud Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Support check-in/check-out processes Provide exceptional customer service and communication Clinical & Orthodontic Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures Take dental X-rays as needed Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Orthodontic assisting experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Ability to travel between supported locations on Fridays Compensation: $18 - $22/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
