A fast-paced, high-volume dental office is seeking a motivated Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a busy clinical setting. A friendly, bubbly personality with strong communication skills is highly valued. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during treatment procedures Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and operate the iTero scanner Provide excellent patient care, education, and chairside support Assist with treatment plan reviews and collecting payments (training provided) Help maintain efficient scheduling and smooth office flow Cross-trained to support both back office and front office duties as needed Requirements Active Dental Assisting License 1–2 years of experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to confidently interact with patients Friendly, bubbly, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix is a plus (training available) Compensation Pay based on experience Additional benefits discussed during the interview Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location: In person
