Compensation $25–$28 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to office production and growth Paid time off Supportive team culture Growth opportunities in an expanding practice What We’re Looking For Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience preferred Experience with digital workflows (iTero, CBCT, intraoral scanning) a plus Strong knowledge of chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures Comfortable with crown & bridge, implants, and aesthetic cases Excellent communication and patient rapport skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Team-first mindset with a positive attitude Your Role Will Include Chairside assisting for general and cosmetic procedures Digital scanning and impression workflows Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Patient education and case presentation support Maintaining clinical efficiency and flow Upholding a luxury-level patient experience Why Join Digital Aesthetic Dentistry?
