In our practice, you will help transform patients who have been hiding their smiles for years through advanced procedures like All-on-4 and All-on-X, full-arch prosthetics, sinus lifts, pterygoid implants, wisdom tooth extractions, cyst removal, IV sedation, and care for special needs patients. You will be hands-on, placing IVs, drawing blood for PRF, assisting in complex surgeries, and helping execute meticulous closures that reflect pride in craftsmanship. Required experience and skills: Surgical dental experience Familiarity with Dentrix or another dental note-taking software Strong understanding of dental implants and implant support components, including abutments and screw-retained crowns Experience adjusting dentures Excellent patient interaction skills and bedside manner Knowledge or experience with dental sedation Experience with dental scanners is required, including iTero Comfortable with photography and uploading clinical files Technologically savvy, including use of phones, tablets, and computers for clinical submissions and documentation Preferred but not required: Experience with IV sedation Job Responsibilities Assisting with implant surgeries IV sedation and related support Drawing blood Scanning patients Clinical photography and file management Supporting implant and prosthetic cases Schedule Tuesday through Friday Arrival at 6:30 a.m. End time at 3:30 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Continuing education credits Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
