Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Airway Health | Boutique Airway-Centric Orthodontic Clinic Provider: @TruthDDS Pay: $20–$53 per hour ABOUT AIRWAY HEALTH Airway Health is an airway-centric orthodontic health platform focused on root-cause solutions, forward growth, and long-term whole-body health. This is not a high-volume dental office. We do not see 100 patients per day. We prioritize time, precision, relationships, and impeccable care delivery. Our clinical focus is airway development, minimally invasive expansion techniques, and structural health solutions. Traditional orthodontics represents a small portion of what we do. This role is designed for someone who wants to participate in the evolution of orthodontic care. You will be working directly with the provider behind @TruthDDS under the Airway Health brand. SCHEDULE Initial Schedule: Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Lunch break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Sunday Availability: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (as needed only and might scale to full working day) Sundays are scheduled only when influencers or patients require care outside standard weekday hours. Long-Term Growth: Sunday–Thursday availability as clinic demand expands. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Imaging & Diagnostic Data Collection Capture intraoral images Operate CBCT scanner Execute orthodontic diagnostic imaging protocols Upload and organize all imaging files into clinic software Ensure precise and accurate patient data documentation Orthodontic Assistance Chair side assistance during airway-focused orthodontic procedures Assist with minimally invasive surgical procedures (including variations of MARPE) Prepare and maintain surgical and appliance delivery setups Maintain sterile and organized clinical environment Airway Health Solutions Support Assist in deployment and maintenance of airway-based orthodontic solutions Support oral appliance adjustments Guide patients through evaluation appointments Educate patients on treatment flow and next steps Clinic Growth & Administrative Contribution (During Downtime) Communicate through existing social media channels Educate patients about airway and root-cause health solutions Support workflow improvements and operational systems Contribute to the growth and development of the clinic infrastructure EXPECTED OUTCOMES Within 15 Days: $20/hr Fully trained on office procedures and scheduling systems Proficient in clinic software navigation Comfortable performing orthodontic image acquisition protocols Confident collecting complete diagnostic evaluation records Within 30 Days: $22.50 / hour Independently move patients through evaluation appointments Manage clinical scheduling and workflow Ensure accurate and complete patient documentation Assist the doctor with health solution deployment and maintenance Within 45 Days: $25 / hour and scales to $53/hour based on schedule utilization Proactively identify and resolve clinical inefficiencies Improve workflow and team communication Elevate overall patient experience Confidently manage appliance adjustment visits Function as a reliable and autonomous clinical team member QUALIFICATIONS Active RDA license (required) Minimum 12 months experience in a dental or orthodontic setting Experience with CBCT imaging preferred (or strong willingness to learn) Proficiency with dental software and scheduling systems (or strong aptitude) Growth-oriented and open-minded Comfortable communicating via social media platforms Willingness to support occasional evening hours if needed COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Direct exposure to advanced airway-centered orthodontic systems Opportunity for growth within an innovative health platform MANDATORY APPLICATION STEP Please send the following in a message linked in profile Your message must briefly explain your relationship or interest in root-cause health solutions and airway-centered care.
