We are a well-established Cosmetic and Family Dentistry practice in Sugar Land seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule 28-32 hours Office Hours Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM No nights No weekends Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms as needed) Check patients in and out Answer and manage phone calls Assist with patient education Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Familiarity with OpenDental (preferred but not required) Strong knowledge of dental terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support the entire office If you are a dedicated, detail-oriented dental professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team setting, we would love to hear from you.
