We seek an eager and enthusiastic Dental Assistant who excels in: Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with our patients through compassionate and effective communication Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures to effectively educate patients Detail-driven and thorough in all aspects of patient care and documentation A collaborative, team-oriented, and positive mindset Our Clinical requirements include: 3+ years of cosmetic chairside experience Ability to maintain focus, efficiency, and patient care throughout multi-hour procedures Dentrix experience is a plus Must be willing to wear a communication device to support efficient team coordination to enhance the overall patient experience Proficiency in packing cord, fabricating temporaries, digital scanners, and CBCTs This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday-Thursday from 7:15am- 5pm. No Nights or Weekends , ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
