About the Role: As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator & Bliss Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their orthodontic journey — from their first visit to treatment acceptance — ensuring they feel valued, informed, and excited every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Create an exceptional new patient experience Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently Support recall and follow-up processes Promote practice growth through patient engagement and referrals Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the doctor and team What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of related experience (dental preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, adaptable, and positive under pressure Familiarity with dental software and HIPAA/OSHA guidelines Why Smilebliss?
