What We're Looking For: We seek an energetic individual with a strong personality who can handle constructive criticism well. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills. Familiarity with EagleSoft and experience working in a paperless office are also desired. Orthodontic experience preferred Bilingual is a plus Local to the Houston area Key Responsibilities: Making orthodontic adjustments. Taking alginate impressions. Preparing materials for impressions and restorations. Managing and cleaning the orthodontic lab. Familiarity with bonding procedures. Placing and removing orthodontic bands, wires, and ligatures. Communicating aftercare instructions (care calls, note cards, etc.) Preparing tray setups. Maintaining adequate supply levels in each chair and replenishing as needed. Work Environment: Adherence to safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements, including protection from radiographs and blood-borne pathogens. Potential for long hours standing on your feet. Some travel (overnight and local) required.
