Dental Hygienist - Today's Family Dentistry - Brandon, SD

Today’s Family Dentistry located in Brandon, South Dakota is looking for a Full-time Dental Hygienist starting April 1st, 2026. Position will start out as 4 days a week. We are a team orientated office with an emphasis on putting the patient first. We pride ourselves on providing excellent/on time patient care while developing long term relationships with our patients. Applicant must be licensed in the State of South Dakota to perform Dental Hygiene duties and graduated from an accredited Dental Hygiene School. Applicant must have CPR certification - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque, and applying fluoride treatments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings and other diagnostic tests - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and treatment plans - Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile dental environment - Administer local anesthesia as directed by the dentist - Valid state dental hygiene license - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Experience with medical imaging software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft - Knowledge of medical coding for insurance billing purposes If you are a skilled Dental Hygienist looking to join a dynamic team that puts the patient first, please apply with your updated resume.
