Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry | VIP Patient Experience We are seeking an exceptional Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing, high-end cosmetic and implant dental practice. What Youâll Do Assist doctors during advanced cosmetic, restorative, and implant procedures Perform expanded functions in accordance with Tennessee state regulations Prepare operatories and ensure proper setup for complex procedures Take high-quality digital impressions, radiographs, and intraoral photos Provide exceptional chairside care while ensuring patient comfort and confidence Educate patients on procedures, post-op instructions, and treatment plans Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate seamlessly with doctors and team members to support efficient, high-level care Contribute to a calm, organized, and VIP-level clinical environment What Weâre Looking For Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification Current dental assisting license in the state of Tennessee Current CPR certification Experience in cosmetic and/or general/ implant dentistry strongly preferred Open Dental experience preferred Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail Professional, warm, and patient-focused communication style Ability to multitask while maintaining precision and efficiency Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and growth Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-growing practice What We Offer MondayâFriday schedule Paid holidays and paid vacation A supportive, team-driven culture that values professionalism and positivity Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement A modern, state-of-the-art practice focused on excellence in cosmetic and implant dentistry If you take pride in your clinical skills, believe patient experience matters, and want to grow with a practice that truly values its teamâweâd love to meet you.
