We are committed to providing gentle, biocompatible, fluoride-free dental care that supports lifelong health—starting with our youngest patients. About Our Practice We focus on dentistry that supports overall wellness through: Biocompatible dentistry Fluoride-free care Safe amalgam (silver filling) removal Root canal alternatives Child-friendly, education-based treatment We prioritize comfort, trust, and education for both children and parents. Position Responsibilities Assist the doctor during pediatric procedures using four-handed dentistry Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Help children feel calm, confident, and comfortable Educate parents and patients on holistic oral health Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate records Support efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment Participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification 1–3 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience preferred) Enjoys working with children and families Excellent communication and chairside manner Patient, gentle, and positive attitude Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Open to holistic and biological dentistry Schedule Office Hours: Mon, Wed & Thur 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Required Arrival: 7:30 AM Morning Huddle: 7:45 AM (mandatory) Reliability and punctuality are essential.
