Must have at least 1 year work experience Compensation Starts 27% collections, goes to 30% if management potential Get new insurances with high fee schedule to build your own patient base Responsibilities Bread and butter for excellent ppo fee schedule Perform thorough dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical history review, to develop personalized treatment plans. Complete hygiene for dental patients, no hygienist present, more production for you Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental restorations, extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental conditions accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term oral health. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices for efficient patient care delivery. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable. Proficiency in dental software such Dentrix Ascend for charting and medical records management. Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards. Ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures with sensitivity towards pediatric patients. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and treatment planning. Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment is preferred.
