We are currently seeking a Licensed Dentist to support the Florida Department of Health – Duval County at Westside Dental Center. This is a part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) in a clinical dental center environment. Work Environment Clinical Dental Center Setting Software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record & HMS (Health Management System) Dress Code: Medical Scrubs Level 2 Background Check & Drug Screen Required Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) ✔ Fully Enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider ✔ Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance ✔ Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance ✔ Active Florida Dental License (Good Standing) ✔ DDS or DMD Degree ✔ Minimum 1 Year Experience in General Dentistry Key Responsibilities Provide a full range of general dental services including: Comprehensive dental exams Preventive services Restorations Removable complete & partial dentures Extractions Documentation using EagleSoft EHR Qualifications DDS or DMD Degree Active Florida Dental License Minimum 1 year experience delivering general dental services Experience with EagleSoft (Highly Desired) Ability to communicate effectively in English Job Type: Part-time Pay: $100.00 - $101.81 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jacksonville, FL 32204
