Associate Dentist â Private Practice Location: In Person (Primary Location + Second Location in North Fort Worth) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Production/Collection-Based Full Job Description We are a growing private dental practice seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. Our office is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and general dental care for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients Administer local anesthesia and perform procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dentistry treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care Collaborate with dental hygienists and team members to deliver comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental practice management systems (Practice-Web/Open Dental or similar software) Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Requirements Active and valid Texas Dental License (Required) Graduate of an accredited dental school CPR Certification Proficiency in root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and general dental procedures Experience with Practice-Web, Open Dental, or similar dental software (Preferred) Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule 8-hour shifts Day shift No weekends Additional Information Production/collection-based compensation Opportunity to work at a second location in North Fort Worth Supportive team environment Interested candidates, please submit your resume for consideration.
