We are seeking a fun-loving, outgoing, motivated dental hygienist to join our team full and part time. This will not be your average dental hygiene job. Our practice aims to deliver a higher level of care and experience for our patients through comprehensive treatment planning and continuous training and education. Our office works a Mon-Thurs work week with occasional 1/2 Fridays. Essential Job Functions: 1. Greets all team members and patients with a smile and positivity everyday. 2. Does whatever it takes to deliver a Patient Experience That Exceeds Expectations on every patient everyday. 3. Updates patient medical history. 4. Begins all the data gathering (radiographs, CT scans, existing restorations, etc.) necessary to perform a very thorough patient examination and formulate a comprehensive plan for the patient’s oral health. 5. Performs Prophylactic treatment by the scaling and polishing of teeth. 6. Administers Fluoride treatment. 7. Instructs in Oral Hygiene Instruction. 8. Practices universal precautions and other sterilization and infection prevention procedures. 9. Places preventative sealants. 10. Assists in other areas of the office as needed. Licenses and Certifications Required: Valid GA Dental Hygiene License and current CPR Certification. Selected Applicants will be called for a phone interview and then, if further selected, brought in for an in office interview. The most qualified candidate(s) will start a trial employment for up to 60 days to evaluate their performance as well as compatibility with our teams’ culture.
