What You’ll Be Doing Based on your experience, you will be trained or expected to: Clean, package, and sterilize instruments Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Set up and break down operatories Assist the dentist during procedures Take digital X-rays Help with charting and digital records Take digital impressions and scans Help patients feel calm, comfortable, and cared for We provide hands-on training and support so you can grow with confidence in your dental career. What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience or no experience but a strong desire to learn Enrollment in or completion of a dental assisting program is a plus, but not required X-ray certification (preferred, not required for entry-level) CPR/AED or willingness to obtain Friendly, outgoing personality Strong attention to detail Reliability, professionalism, and teamwork Open to coaching and feedback, with a growth mindset We can teach skills.
