Position Overview We are a modern, PPOâdriven dental practice in North Dallas seeking an experienced Associate Dentist (minimum three years of clinical experience) to serve as the lead doctor in the office. The practice is a fiveâoperatory, fully digital facility equipped with CBCT and is implantâready, offering a broad scope of general dentistry with significant clinical autonomy. About the Practice Privately owned, PPOâfocused practice in North Dallas. Five operatories in a contemporary, wellâmaintained, and technologically advanced setting, including CBCT. Comprehensive general dentistry provided, including fillings, root canal therapy, extractions, implants, and crown and bridge. Doctorâcentric model in which the dentist performs their own hygiene and is compensated accordingly. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dental care, including examinations, fillings, root canal therapy, extractions, implants, and crown and bridge. Diagnose and treatment plan with clarity, and present recommended care effectively to patients. Perform hygiene services and checks as needed, with corresponding compensation for hygiene production. Provide clinical leadership as the lead doctor, uphold high standards of quality and ethics, and collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Minimum of three years of clinical experience in general dentistry with strong proficiency in routine restorative and surgical procedures. Comfort with, or strong interest in developing, skills in molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and implant dentistry utilizing CBCT. Professional, patientâcentered demeanor with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
