We are Privately Owned general dental practice looking for a skilled Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and thrives in a supportive, family-like team environment. Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience is required to apply. Key Responsibilities: Assist in a variety of general and specialty procedures, including crowns, fillings, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and extractions Making temp crowns and packing cord Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile clinical environment Capture high-quality dental x-rays efficiently and accurately Manage time effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting Familiarity with dental insurance processes is a plus Experience with CAD/CAM technology (scanning, milling, printing) is highly desirable Position Details: Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) Compensation: $20–$35 per hour, based on experience Benefits: Competitive package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Work Location: Single practice location in Snohomish County, WA Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting If you’re ready to join a dedicated team in a modern dental practice where your skills and contributions will be truly valued, we’d love to hear from you!
