Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following aseptic techniques. Take and develop dental X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Provide support in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry procedures, demonstrating knowledge of anatomy and dental practices. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the cleanliness of the treatment area. Assist with prosthodontics procedures as required. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, with familiarity in pediatric dentistry being a plus. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and general dentistry practices. Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health. Ability to take accurate X-rays and maintain medical records efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
