Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. -Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and preventative care. -Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose oral health issues, and formulate effective treatment plans. -Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care. -Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and office protocols to guarantee patient safety and satisfaction. -Collaborate with a team of dental professionals in supporting a positive and productive work environment. -Stay up to date on the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in dentistry through continuing education and in-practice training. Qualifications & Skills -DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school. -Active dental license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one). -Solid background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and a variety of other dental procedures. -Strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and building lasting patient relationships. -Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. -Dedication to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
