Community - focused Orthodontic office looking for an assistant who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and patient relationships. An excellent orthodontic assistant has good communication skills and and is responsible for providing a positive and professional orthodontic experience for all patients and team members. Ideal candidate is an organized, dependable, responsible team player with a can-do attitude! We have two offices, one in Gloucester and one in Yorktown. **No experience necessary - willing to train the right person!** Responsibilities include: - Meet/greet patients warmly and seating patients promptly - Communicating with patients about what will be happening each appointment - Cleaning patient stations - Equipment sterilization - Taking braces/clear aligners off - Putting braces/ clear aligners on - Take 3-D intraoral scans - Write concise, organized notes - Take x-rays - Be willing to learn both clinical and some administrative aspects of the orthodontic office M-TH with potential Friday hours if desired, although not necessary. Dental experience not required - willing to train the right person!
