Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting excellent oral health. Responsibilities Obtain accurate medical history Perform prophies, periodontal maintenance, srps, etc. Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs as needed Apply sealants as needed Apply fluoride and other preventative treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist dentists with exams and treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Iowa Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Experience with Open Dental preferred, but not required Passion for promoting oral health Passion for delivering excellent patient care Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain accurate records Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and procedures Benefits (for Full-Time, if applicable) Competitive hourly pay Paid time off 401(k) with matching Continuing education support Schedule Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Schedule can be adjusted if part-time Pay: From $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
