Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator - Stroede Orthodontics - Olathe, KS

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Stroede Orthodontics. We are a well-established orthodontic practice with three locations in South Johnson County, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our patients. As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will coordinate many aspects of the patient experience in our office. Your primary responsibility will be working directly with Dr. Stroede to conduct new patient exams. You will also be responsible for assisting Dr. Stroede with follow up exams. Additionally, you will present financial information to patients and parents, and help parents understand their orthodontic insurance benefits. You will also follow up with patients who are not yet ready for treatment, answer telephones, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, take intraoral and extraoral photos, assist with light marketing duties, and help manage orthodontic insurance claims. Other tasks may be assigned based on your interest and skills. Candidates must have at least two years of previous experience working in either a general dental office or preferably an orthodontic office in a similar capacity.
