A unique opportunity to join a new, state of the art dental practice with an experienced dentist. We are seeking a full time, dynamic dental assistant. Responsibilities Set up treatment rooms for procedures Show care and concern, and help patients feel comfortable Obtain and review health histories according to office protocol Ensure patients are always attended Anticipate and assist dentist’s needs Ensure patients’ questions are answered thoroughly before they leave Chart patients and record date, service rendered and any charges Ensure proper treatment notes are recorded in patient’s chart Perform clinical procedures as practice act allows and as directed by dentist Give patient instruction and demonstrate when necessary Requirements Associates degree or comparable dental experience Strong customer service background Organized and detail oriented Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Thursday No weekends Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
