Puget Sound Endodontic Associates is a respected specialty endodontic practice with four locations across the Puget Sound region. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Our practice fosters a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. The Endodontic Dental Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our doctors and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. This includes assisting chairside during endodontic procedures, preparing and maintaining instruments and equipment, documenting accurately, and supporting smooth clinical flow. This position requires the ability to commute to and work at least two of our four offices, primarily Silverdale and Port Orchard. Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential. Key Responsibilities Assist endodontists chairside during all clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials in accordance with infection control and sterilization protocols Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as required Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients before, during, and after treatment Manage operatory turnover efficiently to support clinical flow Support doctors and clinical team with additional tasks as needed Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant License (Required) Work Location: In person
