Registered Dental Hygienist - Graham Family Dental Care - Tucson, AZ

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our family at our centrally located, non-corporate dental practice. Our team currently consists of two dentists, four hygienists, five assistants, and four administrative team members. Our office is built on warmth, compassion, and integrity. We believe patients should feel genuinely seen and cared for, and that dental treatment should always be guided by their best interests - not production goals. Many of our patients have trusted us with their care for years. We treat many families who have seen us for multiple generations. We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys patient education and building long-term relationships. Just as importantly, we believe the way we care for our patients begins with how we treat one another. We value teamwork, mutual respect, and a willingness to support each other whenever possible. Our low turnover rate speaks to the rewarding environment we strive to maintain. Our current hygienists have been with us anywhere from 4 to 26 years. This opening is due to one full-time hygienist transitioning to part-time and other scheduling surgery with a minimum one-year recovery period.
