Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our small, privately owned practice that has been in Plymouth, MN for over 20 years. New grads encouraged to apply! Looking for a friendly, patient-relationship focused hygienist to join our team. No weekends *Flexible start/stop times within those days to fit your ideal work-life balance *Team oriented culture- we emphasize helping each other to make the day go as smoothly as possible for all *Modern dental equipment and technology: Digital xray, panoramic xray, Cerec, 3D printing, Cavitron, Airflow Guided Biofilm Therapy, Intraoral cameras Daily Expectation: * Provide preventive and periodontal care while educating and building relationships with patients *Take and evaluate radiographs, chart accurately within Eaglesoft Dental Software. *Collaborate closely with the dentist and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive care. *Helping other team members in sterilization to assure instruments are always ready for all procedures What We’re Looking For: *Licensed RDH in Minnesota, current and in good standing *Team player, reliable and kind; fits well with small, close group *Comfortable with educating patients *Willing to learn and be flexible with schedule and patient care Schedule & How to Apply *Monday 11am-6pm *Tuesday 10am-6pm *Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am-4pm *Alternating Fridays 7am-12PM.
