$500k guaranteed pay with potential to earn more Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in performing root canal therapy, diagnosing dental issues, and providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety while utilizing advanced dental technologies. Duties Perform root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions accurately. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-procedure care. Stay updated on advancements in endodontics, dental technology, and best practices. Skills Proficient or some knowledge in Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping. Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge. Experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, four-handed dentistry, prosthodontics, and general dentistry. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and comfort during procedures. Ability to perform dental extractions when necessary, along with familiarity in medical documentation practices. Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to endodontic procedures is essential.
