We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team. We operate two dental practices, with two doctors who rotate between both locations. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is enthusiastic about learning, professional growth, and building a long-term career with our practice. A dedicated dental professional with a genuine passion for their work. Someone who strives to build strong, trusting relationships with both team members and patients while consistently delivering the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes. Location: We have two locations, one in Lakewood and one in Steilacoom. Compensation & Benefits Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $700 or 30% whichever is higher.
