Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist who is interested in a long-term opportunity with a clear pathway to partnership. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, endo, extractions, prosthodontics; implants a plus) Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to production growth and practice development What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active state dental license in good standing Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and case presentation ability Growth mindset and interest in long-term ownership 1+ year experience preferred (mentorship available for strong candidates) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (initial period) Compensation paid as a percent of Collections after initial period Clear pathway to equity partnership CE allowance Malpractice coverage Additional benefits available (Health, Vision, 401k) Why Join Us?
