Our very busy and growing practice is looking for a Front Office/Administrative Assistant who can drive us to grow even better. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient scheduling, confirming appointments and handling cancellations. Maintain accurate records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process patient payments and manage collections as needed. Utilize Open Dental software to update patient data and facilitate efficient office operations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
