Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in New Lisbon, WI

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is versatile, dependable, and eager to join our team in New Lisbon. This role requires flexibility to support the clinical team while also assisting at the front desk as needed. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Thursday 7:40 AM - 5:10 PM -One Friday a month 9-1 as needed Responsibilities: Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures with high attention to detail. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Take and record patient vital signs and dental histories accurately. Support front desk operations when needed, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and answering phones. Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences. Qualifications: Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $17-$23/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (âPTOâ), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
