Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience who: Is a true team player Takes ownership and accountability for their role Demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times Is dependable and punctual Wants to actively contribute to the growth of the practice Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is committed to continuous learning and improvement We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to be part of building and strengthening a growing practice. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges) Assist with extractions, root canals, and implant procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Take digital X-rays (if licensed) Fabricate temporaries and assist with impressions/scanning (RDA) Maintain organization and cleanliness of clinical areas Support smooth daily workflow and positive patient experiences Qualifications For DA: Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience X-ray certification required For RDA: Active California RDA license Current CPR certification Minimum 2 years of clinical experience For All Candidates: Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Growth-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience A structured and organized work environment Leadership that values accountability and integrity Opportunity for long-term growth Supportive team culture To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief message telling us why you believe you would be a strong fit for our team.
