Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RDAEFII to join our dental practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA guidelines Take and develop digital radiographs as needed Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions Manage patient records accurately and efficiently Ensure patient comfort throughout their visit by addressing concerns and providing support Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow when necessary Requirements Valid RDAEFII license in the state of practice Proven experience working as an RDAEFII or in a similar dental assisting role Knowledge of current dental procedures, materials, and sterilization techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and infection control standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the clinical setting This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a compassionate dental team while advancing their career in oral health care.
