What You’ll Be Doing Assist orthodontists with appliances, brackets, and wires Take digital scans using iTero Capture digital X-rays with iCat technology Educate patients on appliance care and oral hygiene Build positive, lasting relationships with patients and families Participate in community outreach and dental office marketing What We’re Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Required Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred (fast-track opportunity available) Positive attitude and strong communication skills Passion for orthodontics and patient care Have you taken a break from the profession? No problem. We’re happy to help experienced assistants get back up to speed. Less experienced? We may consider full-time candidates who are eager to grow — training takes commitment, and we’re willing to invest in the right person.
