We are looking for an ambitious Dental Assistant (1+ year experience) who wants to do more than just the clinical fundamentals and is ready to level up. The Role: Excellence in the Fundamentals While we are a high-tech office, we believe a great assistant is first and foremost a master of the clinical basics. You will be expected to deliver high-level support in: Four-Handed Dentistry: Providing seamless chairside assistance for restorative, crown & bridge, and oral surgery procedures. Clinical Accuracy: Taking high-quality digital X-rays (and CBCT scans) and maintaining meticulous patient charts/clinical notes. Sterilization & Safety: Managing strict infection control protocols, instrument processing, and efficient operatory turnover. Patient Connection: Educating patients on treatment plans and post-op care with a gentle, welcoming "chairside manner." Proactive Flow: Anticipating the doctorâs needs to keep the clinical day running smoothly and on time. The "Orange Grove" Digital Advantage Once the fundamentals are handled, youâll be an integral part of our advanced digital lab workflow. We donât just own the tech; we use it every single day: CEREC Same-Day Restorations: Youâll help us design, mill, and stain restorations in a single visitâno more messy temporary crowns. 3D Printing & Scanning: We use intraoral scanners (no "goop") and 3D printers to create precise models and appliances in-house. Modern Mentorship: You don't need to be a CEREC master yet. If you have the curiosity and the clinical "basics" down, our doctors will train you to be a digital expert. Mon/Tue: 9:00 am â 6:00 pm Wed/Thu: 8:00 am â 5:00 pm Friday: We work one Friday a month from 9:00 am â 2:00 pm.
