Patient volume is increasing, and we are building a dependable, long-term team. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety and is interested in learning both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. You will not be doing this alone. Clinical and administrative responsibilities are shared with our existing team. Job Summary: This role combines clinical support, sterilization responsibilities, and patient coordination. You will play a key part in keeping the office clean, organized, efficient, and patient-focused. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident and successful in all responsibilities. Clinical & Sterilization ResponsibilitiesInstrument Sterilization & Infection Control Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments using autoclaves and ultrasonic systems Properly wrap, label, and store sterile instruments Maintain sterilization logs and documentation Follow OSHA and infection control protocols at all times Handle and dispose of biohazardous waste and sharps safely Treatment Room Preparation Turn over operatories between patients Disinfect surfaces and prepare rooms for upcoming procedures Set up sterile trays and instruments before appointments Assist chairside as needed Provide patients with basic post-appointment instructions Equipment & Inventory Monitor sterilization supplies and clinical inventory Organize and stock treatment rooms Perform routine checks on sterilization equipment Report equipment issues promptly Administrative & Patient Support Responsibilities Assist with scheduling and patient communication Help submit insurance claims Send statements and follow up on unpaid balances Update patient records and medical histories Support treatment coordination conversations Stay productive and assist where needed during slower patient flow Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all sterilization protocols. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
