Associate Dentist Opportunity About the Practice We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality, ethical care. As the practice owner, Dr. T is transitioning his primary focus toward cosmetic dentistry, we are seeking an Associate Dentist to take on a significant portion of our general dentistry patient base. We are looking for a dentist who values thoughtful, comprehensive care, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is confident in diagnosis and treatment planning. Position Overview This role is well-suited for an Associate Dentist with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills who is comfortable communicating with patients and presenting treatment options clearly and ethically. Success in this position comes from building trust, educating patients, and delivering consistent, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions Develop clear, structured, and ethical treatment plans Confidently present treatment recommendations and options to patients Build lasting patient relationships to support continuity of care and practice growth Provide a broad range of general dentistry procedures Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution Active New Hampshire dental license Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to build trust and achieve treatment acceptance through ethical care CEREC experience is a plus We are seeking a dentist with a minimum of two years of clinical experience , ensuring confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, as reflected in the posted salary range. Schedule Monday (Wellesley, MA location): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist looking to grow within a supportive, patient-centered practice while developing strong clinical and communication skills.
