About Us Established general dentistry practice with a loyal patient base Well-defined systems and workflows already in place Supportive, team-oriented environment that values communication and respect Fully digital practice using OpenDental software Position Overview This role combines treatment coordination, financial coordination, and office management responsibilities. Youâll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options Manage scheduling, front desk flow, and daily office operations Oversee insurance claims, billing, and follow-ups Lead and support front office team members Maintain organization, efficiency, and consistency in office systems Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team Qualifications Previous experience in a dental front office required Strong proficiency with OpenDental preferred Experience with treatment planning and financial coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Leadership or office management experience a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience level ranging from $30 - $40 per hour, health benefits, a pending 401(k) plan, paid vacation, plus holidays Stable schedule in a well-established practice Positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment Opportunity to grow with a practice under thoughtful new leadership If youâre looking for a long-term position where your skills are valued and your voice matters, weâd love to hear from you.
