Dental Assistant Luxury Family Dental Practice | Warren / Basking Ridge, NJ We are a new, intentionally built luxury family dental practice focused on high-quality dentistry, calm systems, and genuine respect, for patients and for each other. This is not a high-volume or corporate clinic. This is a part-time position. For candidates interested in additional hours in the future, opportunities may become available as the practice grows , though we fully welcome those seeking a long-term part-time role as well.. We are looking for a Dental Assistant who values presence, precision, and patient comfort, and who wants to grow with a thoughtful, patient-centered practice. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in how they work, not just how fast. Required for This Role Current dental radiography (X-ray) certification valid in New Jersey (This is a legal requirement for the role.) What Youâll Do Assist the dentist during procedures with attention, steadiness, and care Support patient comfort through clear communication and calm presence Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to high clinical and cleanliness standards Follow sterilization and infection control protocols precisely Anticipate clinical needs to support smooth, unrushed procedures Communicate closely with the dentist and team to keep the day running smoothly How We Think About Experience We care far more about how you show up than how long youâve been in dentistry.
