Objective & Responsibilities: The pediatric dental assistant is a highly motivated, dependable, and caring individual who thrives in providing a caring environment and good experience for our little patients and their families. The core objectives of the dental assistant are to assist the dentist and provide legendary service to our patient’s parents/families and support the flow of the office by performing the following tasks: Chairside assisting Taking x-rays Coronal polishing Sterilization/turning over rooms Packing instruments for the operating room Assisting in the operating room Experience, Skills & Education: Experience in Pediatric Dentistry preferred, but not necessary. Coronal polishing certified. X-ray certified. Willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team. Warm and friendly demeanor is a must. Dependable Working Schedule: Typical days are 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday with Wednesday & Friday afternoons off.
