Core Competencies: Minimum of 3 years dental hygiene experience Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training Essential Functions: Excellent communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!) Exceptional clinical skills Impeccable organization skills A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service Mastery in educating patients on oral health Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care by performing dental cleanings and assessments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with chairside procedures and ensure a clean and safe environment using aseptic techniques. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care and support patient needs.
