All roles are compensated, including internship positions, emphasizing our commitment to professional growth and development. **Dental Hygienist will do all SRP's & Cleanings so you can focus on major treatment** Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental imaging technology and medical documentation systems such as Open Dental to record patient information accurately. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment. Collaborate with patients to educate them on oral health practices and treatment options tailored for pediatric and adult patients. Manage dental fabrication processes and assist with complex procedures like oral surgery and endodontics. Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation of all treatments provided. Requirements Valid license or certification to practice dentistry in California or relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working in dental clinics or offices with proficiency in general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental for patient management and record keeping. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques. Expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients of all ages.
