Great P/T opportunity for a dental hygienist to join our small, private, high-quality general family dental practice in Pojoaque NM. We are growing and need a RDH to see patients 1 day/week, with flexibility to choose your working day/s-Wed, Thurs, or Fri, 8am -5pm. We are a high-powered and fun team! Dr. Ferreira is easy going and funny, and for 24 years has built a reputation as a great and gentle dentist. We have watched children grow up and now serve their families. Our practice consists of mostly adults and older adults and a few children. Our practice is fully digitized using Dentrix, Dexis digital Xrays, AI, and voice actuated perio-charting. RDH duties include Preventative treatment adult prophys, polishing, and fluoride, some perio maintenance, and SCRP with some new patients. Patient education and Oral Hygiene instruction Updating medical histories Taking appropriate Xrays Documenting exams and treatment planning with Dr. Ferreira Scheduling patient next visit Maintaining hygiene instruments, including sterilizing and re-stocking Preparing and cleaning dental operatories, seating patients as needed We are a small but hard working team looking for a RDH who is friendly, possess a positive attitude, be reliable, and be a team player.
